S.p.A. announces the purchase, on 17th September 2012, 18th September 2012, 20th September 2012, 21st September 2012, 24th September 2012 and 25th September 2012 of no. 191.283 treasury shares at an average price of 1,9662 Euro per share, for a total of 357.687,17 Euro, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 13 April 2012 (previously communicated as per article 144 bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999).
