Pontedera, 2 March 2022 – In compliance with the Regulation for markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and related instructions, Piaggio & C. S.p.A. said that, in connection with the 2022 corporate calendar where the period from 11 April to 13 April 2022 is indicated for the Annual General Meeting to approve the financial statements as at and for the year ended 31 December 2021, the Board of Directors today decided to convene the General Meeting for 11 April 2022 on first call and 12 April 2022 on second call.
Any further changes to the 2022 corporate calendar will be promptly announced.
