Milan, 28 June 2019 – The Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Piaggio & C. S.p.A. (PIA.MI) held today and chaired by Roberto Colaninno examined and approved the amendments to articles 5, 7, 8, 12 and 27 of the Articles of Association.
It will be possible to view the company’s new Articles of Association as amended by the Shareholders on the company website www.piaggiogroup.com within the terms required by law.
