Pontedera, 12th August 2014 - Piaggio & C. S.p.A. announces the purchase, on 6th August 2014 of no. 35.000 treasury shares at an average price of 2,11 Euro per share, for a total amount of 73.500 Euro, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 28 April 2014 (previously communicated as per article 144 bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999).
