Pontedera, 4th July 2016 - Piaggio & C. S.p.A. announces the purchase, on the 27th of June 2016 of no. 150.000 treasury shares at an average price of 1,4940 Euro per share, for a total amount of 224,100 Euro, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 14 April 2016 (previously communicated as per article 144 bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999).
