Pontedera, 9th May 2016 - Piaggio & C. S.p.A. announces the purchase, on the 3th of May of no. 100.000 treasury shares at an average price of 1,8400 Euro per share, for a total amount of 184,000 Euro, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 14 April 2016 (previously communicated as per article 144 bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999).
