S.p.A. announces the purchase, from 27th October 2014 to 29th October 2014, of no. 126.177 treasury shares at an average price of 2,1153 Euro per share, for a total amount of 266.908 Euro, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 28th April 2014 (previously communicated as per article 144 bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999).
