S.p.A. announces the purchase, from 20th October 2014 to 22nd October 2014, of no. 106.737 treasury shares at an average price of 2,0836 Euro per share, for a total amount of 222.394 Euro, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 28th April 2014 (previously communicated as per article 144 bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999).
