Milan, 3rd May 2013 - Piaggio & C. S.p.A. announces the purchase on 23rd April 2013 of no. 6.500 treasury shares at an average price of 1,8703 Euro per share, for a total of 12.156,95 Euro, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company (previously communicated as per article 144 bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999).
