Pontedera, April 7th 2016 – Piaggio & C. S.p.A. announces that, with regards to the Report on Corporate Governance and Corporate Ownership 2015, published on March 24, 2016, the part related to the “Change of control clauses (Article 123-bis, paragraph 1, letter h), of the TUF) and statutory provisions concerning takeover bids (Articles 104, paragraph 1-ter and 104-bis, paragraph 1, of the TUF)” have partially been replaced in order to correct some typing errors.
The Report on Corporate Governance and Corporate Ownership 2015 is available to the public on the Piaggio Group website www.piaggiogroup.com, section Governance/General Meeting, on Borsa Italiana S.p.A. website, at the Company registered office and on the authorized storage mechanism available on the website www.emarketstorage.com.
