S.p.A. announces that, today, the resolution of the extraordinary meeting of the Company held on 17 April 2024 which approved amendments to the Articles of Association in relation, among other things, to the adoption of the so-called administration and control model monistic, was registered at Pisa, Nord Ovest Company Register; therefore, the resolution referred to point 4 on the agenda of the ordinary meeting regarding the appointment of the Board of Directors becomes effective from today.
