Milan, 18 December 2009 – At a meeting today in Milan chaired by Roberto Colaninno, the Board of Directors of Piaggio & C. S.p.A. examined and approved the Group budget for financial year 2010.
At the meeting, the Board appointed Antonino Parisi to chair the Compliance Committee, replacing Enrico Ingrillì who died recently. Antonino Parisi’s term of office will expire, together with that of the other members of the committee, on the approval of the financial statements at 31.12.2011.
