In accordance with the Instructions accompanying the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., it specifies that any dividends payments during the year 2025 will be scheduled as follows:
- final dividend 2024: payment date 24th April 2025, ex-dividend date of 22th April 2025 and record date of 23th April 2025;
- interim dividend 2025: payment date 24th September 2025, ex-dividend date of 22th September 2025 and record date of 23th September 2025.
