Milan, 13 january 2012 - Piaggio & C. S.p.A. announces the purchase, on January 03, 2012, January 04, 2012, January 05, 2012 and January 09, 2012, of no. 178.280 treasury shares at the average prices indicated here below, for a total amount of Euro 323.139,61, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 13 April 2011 (previously communicated as per article 144 bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999).
