Milan, 27th June 2013 - Piaggio & C. S.p.A. announces the purchase, on 18th June 2013, 19th June 2013 and 24th June 2013 of no. 49.500 treasury shares at an average price of 1,9191 Euro per share, for a total of 94.993,90 Euro, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 15 April 2013 (previously communicated as per article 144 bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999).
