Pontedera, 26 March 2010 – Piaggio & C. S.p.A. said that, as required by law, it had filed all the documentation relating to the order of business for the shareholders' meeting called for 12 April 2010 on first call and 16 April 2010 on second call.
The company also said that the majority shareholder, IMMSI S.p.A., had presented its candidacy proposal for the appointment of a Director to the Piaggio & C. S.p.A. Board of Directors.
