Piaggio Way is the talent management program in Piaggio.

The Piaggio Way talent management programme is one of the development instruments implemented by the Piaggio Group to nurture the development of particularly high value internal resources, and is intended to identify persons within the Group who show potential, a strong passion for work and the courage to explore new avenues.

The main features of the programme lasting up to a maximum of four years are:

  • highly selective criteria for both access to and retention within programme;
  • maximum focus on managerial skills, performance and potential;
  • accelerated development of managerial skills and internationalisation.

The two categories of talent eligible for the programme, namely:

  • Young Talent: young employees with high potential and working for the company for at least a year,
  • Managerial Talent: young managers with a marked sense of economic and managerial responsibility;

are given the chance to access accelerated development pathways, consisting of the following:

  • job rotation,
  • strategic and international projects,
  • events involving Top Management,
  • coaching, personal training. 

Continued eligibility for the programme is evaluated annually via a structured Talent Review process involving the participation of Piaggio Top Management.
