Supervisory body

The Supervisory Body, pursuant to the Legislative Decree 231/2001, is responsible for monitoring the functioning and the implementation of the Organisational Model adopted by the Company and has initiative and control powers aimed to guarantee the respect of the relevant provisions.

The Supervisory Body is composed of Antonino Parisi, as Chairman, Giovanni Barbara, Chairman of the Issuer's Board of Statutory Auditors, Ulisse Spada, Manager of the Issuer's Legal Affairs Department of the Company.

The Supervisory Body in office was appointed by the Board of Directors on 16 April 2009 for the years 2009-2010-2011, and thus up until approval of the financial statements as of 31 December 2011.

During 2009, the Issuer's Supervisory Body met seven times, with all members attending.
