Statutory Auditors
The Board of Statutory Auditors in office was unanimously appointed by the Ordinary General Meeting held on April 16th, 2009, based on the sole list of candidates presented by the majority shareholder IMMSI S.p.A.. The Board will remain in office until approval of the financial statements for the year ended December 31st 2011.
